PIA is a multi-disciplinary artist—singer, songwriter, actress, and painter—with a deep love for storytelling and lore. She speaks English, French, Japanese, Hindi, and is still learning more. Before entering music, she was a hyperrealist and experiential artist. Her sold-out immersive solo exhibition The American Dream, Room 2018 attracted the attention of filmmaker Spike Lee, who, along with his family, endorsed the show upon its opening.
In 2020, PIA spent time in Tokyo, an enduring creative nucleus, where she collaborated with rockstar INORAN (of renowned band LUNA SEA) on his album "Between the World and Me" as a lead vocalist, with creative input across the project.
With a heart to tell her own stories on a larger scale, PIA independently launched her solo career with Follow the Toad, a cinematic “music movie” musically created together with American DJ Anymize and directed by Joe Sill. The project starred acclaimed Bollywood actor Abhay Deol and marked PIA’s expansion beyond music into acting and narrative-driven visual work.
Her most recent project, ZUKACOA, is a dark fantasy music film centered on confrontation and reclamation. Set within a gothic, surreal world, the piece places PIA fully inside the narrative—using physical performance, including sword and combat choreography, to push the work beyond symbolism.
PIA draws inspiration from epic fantasy and long-form storytelling, particularly the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, Brandon Sanderson, and Kentarō Miura. Complementing her literary influences, she is equally drawn to video games as modern myth—from classic Nintendo titles to the punishing worlds of Dark Souls and Bloodborne—where perseverance and atmosphere are central to the experience. She is currently developing a larger cinematic musical universe that connects her influences and projects across sound and film. When she’s not hanging out in Stardew Valley, she’s dreaming of flying the skies as Vin from Mistborn.

より大きなスケールで自身の物語を語るため、PIAはソロ活動を開始。シネマティックな「ミュージック・ムービー」作品『Follow the Toad』は、Anymizeとの音楽制作、ジョー・シルの監督により制作され、俳優アベイ・デオルが出演。音楽にとどまらず、演技や物語性のある映像表現へと活動を広げる転機となりました。
最新作『ZUKACOA』は、対峙と奪還（リクレイメーション）をテーマにしたダーク・ファンタジーの音楽映画です。ゴシックでシュールな世界観の中、PIA自身が物語の中心に身を置き、剣やコンバットを含むフィジカルなパフォーマンスを通して、象徴表現にとどまらない表現へと作品を押し広げています。
PIAは、J.R.R.トールキン、ブランドン・サンダーソン、三浦建太郎らによる壮大なファンタジー文学から強い影響を受けています。あわせてビデオゲームを「現代の神話」と捉え、任天堂作品から『ダークソウル』『Bloodborne』に至るまで、忍耐と没入感を重視した世界観に惹かれています。現在は、音楽と映像を横断するシネマティックなユニバースの構築に取り組んでいます。Stardew Valleyで過ごしていない時は、『Mistborn』のヴィンのように空を翔ける夢を見ています。
